Mayor Buckhorn to Join Community Leaders for Jackson Heights Clubhouse Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

Washington, DC – December 09, 2015 – (RealEstateRama) — On Wednesday, December 9th at 11:30 a.m. Mayor Buckhorn will join community leaders to unveil the renovations to the Jackson Heights Community Clubhouse. The property has gone through a $6,000,000 rehabilitation of the 111 units. Southport Development, Inc. used the $54,000 per unit of construction costs to fully modernize each unit, upgrade the common areas, add project amenities, and substantially increasing security measures making the property a gated access community.
