James Carras, Principal of Carras Community Investment, Inc., was elected Chair of the Broward Housing Council during the Council's meeting on August 26, 2016. The initial lane closures along Channelside Drive and Morgan Street mark the beginning of roadway and infrastructure improvements in the southern downtown area over the next 18-24 months. Orlando median price jumps 12 percent amid declines in both inventory and sales
