Lee & Associates Brokers $7.65 Million Sale of Atrium Tower Office Facility in Orlando

Robbie McEwan, CCIM, vice president at Lee & Associates Central Florida, represented the buyer, Atrium Universal, LLC, in the transaction. Douglas Mandel of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, 7680 Universal Boulevard Holdings, LLC.
“The Atrium Tower is situated in an ideal locale, offering access to several major highways and downtown Orlando,” said McEwan. “At a time when the seller was disposing of multiple assets, the buyer saw great value add opportunity in the property, which is over 64 percent leased, and will be able to increase the value through increased occupancy.”
Located at 7680 Universal Blvd., the 106,611-square-foot office facility was built in 1985 before being renovated in 1996.
