Sue Gaieski Elected 2016 JTHS Council President of the MIAMI Association of REALTORS
MIAMI – February 19, 2016 – (RealEstateRama) — The MIAMI Association of REALTORS® (MIAMI) has elected Sue Gaieski, e-PRO, SFR as the 2016 President of the Jupiter-Tequesta-Hobe Sound Association of Realtors (JTHS) Council. She and the entire 2016 JTHS Board of Governors were installed Dec. 11 at Frenchman’s Creek Beach & Country Club in Palm Beach Gardens.
JTHS merged with MIAMI on September 22, 2015. MIAMI assumed most JTHS administrative functions, allowing JTHS leadership and staff to focus on assisting and building the success of its members. JTHS headquarters will remain in Jupiter, Fla. The JTHS Board of Governors has continued leading and directing the services, issues and needs of their nearly 2,000 members in Palm Beach and Martin counties.
JTHS Leaders impact key policy decisions, analyze industry information and are actively involved in real estate related issues, events and programming in Palm Beach and Martin counties.
“As the eyes and ears for the Palm Beach and Martin real estate market, the JTHS Board of Governors will keep close tabs on key issues impacting our local industry while also working to promote South Florida real estate worldwide,” Gaieski said.
A Treasure Coast resident for the past 11 years, Gaieski is a Realtor and Director for Social Media & Technology at Water Pointe Realty Group in Tequesta. She specializes in helping consumers buy and sell real estate in gated golf communities. Martin and Palm Beach counties are known as “The Golf Capital of the World” with more than 150 public and private golf courses.
Gaieski is also the business owner of Martin County Social Media Group, which provides hyper-local community and business content to its clients. She has an extensive background of more than 17 years of computer technology and business management experience.
Gaieski has previously served on the JTHS Board of Directors as Treasurer, Secretary and Vice-President. She has actively participated on numerous Florida Realtor committees. Gaieski has served as a Florida Realtors State Director for the past three years, and is currently also serving as a National Association of REALTORS® Director.
In 2006, Gaieski was named a Top 20 Real Estate Apprentice Rookie. In 2011, the JTHS Association of Realtors honored her with a Special Recognition Award. She also graduated from the Martin County LEADERship Program in 2011. In 2012, Gaieski’s community involvement helped her earn
the “Making Change Award” from CashMob.com, the leading promotions and marketing website. Gaieski hosted a Progressive Cash Mob Event in Martin County with the proceeds going to the Treasure Coast Food Bank.
