NAIOP South Florida is the premier commercial real estate development organization in the South Florida area.
Mr. Genet was recognized for his transaction volume, expertise in repositioning properties, and ability to marry traditional marketing with digital and new media. Since joining CBRE in 2011, he has been involved in approximately 200 transactions and represents over a dozen institutional landlords in Miami-Dade and Broward counties for listings in excess of 4.5 million square feet.
