WASHINGTON, D.C. – June 22, 2015 – (RealEstateRama) — As part of the City of Tampa’s Downtown Utility Capital Improvement Projects (UCAP), the intersection of W. Fortune St. and N. Macinnes Place will be closed beginning June 23, 2015. Flagmen will be present to guide motorists through the construction work. The intersection will re-open Tuesday, June 30, 2015.

Intersection of W. Fortune St. and
Beginning July 1, 2015, the project will continue on N. Macinnes Place from W. Fortune St. to E. Tyler Street. During this time period, the two eastern most lanes on N. Macinnes Place will be closed. One lane of north bound and one lane of south bound traffic will remain in place.
This closure is for installation of a new 36-inch water main. The lane closure will last until approximately August 3, 2015.
The City of Tampa recommends that motorists use alternate routes to avoid traffic congestion.
