Tom Hoch Selected as Design Consultant for The Amelia Island Club’s Long Point Clubhouse Expansion, Renovation
OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – August 10, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — Tom Hoch — a pioneer in revenue-based design and turn-key, design-build interior design solutions — has been selected as design consultant for The Amelia Island Club’s Long Point Clubhouse expansion and renovation.
As part of a design team lead by Basham and Lucas Architectural Design Group, Hoch will tap his more than 27 years of club and hospitality design experience.
Highlighting the project will be an octagon-shaped bar/lounge addition to the clubhouse building that will provide an engaging and comfortable social venue, fostering socialization and spectacular views of the golf course. The team will also renovate the Member’s Grille as well as the men’s and women’s locker rooms, improving flow between spaces and adding new finishes and furnishings.
“Long Point’s spectacular setting amidst an aboriginal live oak forest with lovely tree canopies will be great inspiration for the clubhouse interior design,” says Hoch. “The renovated clubhouse will include interior finishes reflecting these natural, organic and sustainable characteristics.
