West Palm Beach, FL – June 12, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — Reichel Realty announced $1.45 million in lease transactions by Jim Tornabene, broker associate, and Jack Bicknell, senior vice president.Tornabene handled the following leases:
• Behavioral Health of the Palm Beaches leased 13,000 square feet for five years at Nassau Square in Lake Worth, Florida, a transaction valued at $600,000.
• Buckeye Checking leased a 4,200-square- foot freestanding building at Plantation Plaza in Lake Worth, Florida for five years, valued at $250,000.
• Superstar Sports renewed their 3,200 square foot lease at Forest Hill Center in West Palm Beach, Florida, for five years, valued at $200,000.
Bicknell handled the renewal of Four Wheel Parts at 2240 North Military Trail in West Palm Beach, Florida. The five-year renewal is valued at $400,000.
Reichel Realty represented the landlord in all of the above transactions.
