Florida Housing Launches New Communications WebBoard

Tallahassee, FL – May 13, 2009 – (RealEstateRama) — Florida Housing is pleased to now offer a Communications WebBoard. Florida Housing’s WebBoard is an online forum where interested parties are kept up to date on the various goings on at Florida Housing. WebBoard users can also sign up to receive email notices once posts are published to the various sections.

The new Communications WebBoard will be used to inform members about breaking news and important upcoming events.  It will also alert members when new publications become available, such as Annual Reports, What’s Developing Newsletters, Single Family Communicators and more.

Subscribing to the WebBoard and Joining the Mailing List:

There is no charge to use Florida Housing’s WebBoard. To get started, simply follow these easy instructions:

1) Visit the WebBoard portal at http://www.floridahousing.org/webboard/.

2) If you do no already have an account, create one by clicking the link at the bottom of the screen. Next, follow the screen commands to activate your account.

3) Once your account has been activated, log in to the WebBoard. To view all Communications’ posts click the “Communications (Read Only)” link under “Conference.” To subscribe to the Communications mailing list (notifying you via email when new posts become available) click on “My Mailing Lists” at the top of the screen. Make sure “Communications (Read Only)” is checked, and select save.
