1 Sale A Day now occupies about 30,000 sq. ft. in New York. The Miami warehouse will be more than triple this size. Over forty new jobs have already been created with up to 250 jobs over the next three years. About forty of their current employees will also be relocating to South Florida. One of the main reasons that 1 Sale A Day is relocating to South Florida for the quality of life, affordable real estate and lower taxation.
