C&W Brokers $10.2 Million Sale Forum Corporate Park II
FORT MYERS, FLORIDA – August 11, 2015 – (RealEstateRama) — Cushman & Wakefield announced today that it has brokered the sale of Forum Corporate Park II, a 60,777-square-foot Class A office building in Fort Myers, Florida.
Senior Director Rick Brugge, Executive Director Mike Davis, Senior Director Michael Lerner, and Songy Highroads Regional Director Robert Brooks represented ownership in the transaction. Holden Properties was the buyer.
The transaction, valued at nearly $10.2 million or $167 per square foot, is the second-largest office sale in the Ft. Myers market this year according to Cushman & Wakefield Research.
Forum Corporate Park II was built in 2008 on a six-acre parcel at 9160 Forum Corporate Parkway in Fort Myers’ prestigious Forum at Fort Myers mixed-use development. The Class A, three-story, suburban office building is currently 82.3 percent leased. Notable tenants include Verizon, Prudential Insurance, and Regus.
Forum Corporate Park II is strategically positioned within The Forum at Fort Myers, a 706-acre master planned mixed-use development. The Forum has been approved for 1,252 residential units, 552 hotel rooms, and more than 2.1 million square feet of office and retail space.
