C&W Announces $100 Million in May Transactions

TAMPA, FLORIDA – June 17, 2015 – (RealEstateRama) — Cushman & Wakefield today released its May 2015 transaction report documenting more than 1.9 million square feet of commercial real estate transactions valued at more than $102 million. The details of these transactions can be found below.

Office Leases
Senior Director Scott Garlick, Senior Director John Fish, Director Timothy Callahan, and Associate Scott Peek represented the Masonite Corporation in the renewal of its 49,580-square-foot lease at 11200 69th Street North in Largo, Florida. 11200 69th Street North, LLC was the landlord.

Executive Director Andy May, Director Barry Oaks, Associate Director Nina Sullivan, Senior Director Jeff Sweeney, and Associate Austin Johnston represented Florida Hospital Tampa in the lease of 49,553 square feet at 12470 Telecom Drive in Temple Terrace, Florida. Rivero, Gordimer & Company, P.A. renewed its 15,886-square-foot lease at Tampa City Center. Senior Director James Moler, Director Barry Oaks, and Associate Michael Park represented the landlord, 201 North Franklin Tampa, LLC.

CliftonLarsonAllen, LLP leased 11,772 square feet at Tampa City Center. Senior Director James Moler, Director Barry Oaks, and Associate Michael Park represented the landlord, 201 North Franklin Tampa, LLC.

Senior Director Scott Garlick, Senior Director John Fish, Associate Brian Breeding, and Senior Director Chris Sinfield assisted Progress Residential in the lease 8,353 square feet at 3111 West Dr. M.L. King Jr. Boulevard in Tampa, Florida. The landlord was Highwoods Properties.

Tucker/Hall, Inc. renewed its 5,571-square-foot lease at Tampa City Center. Senior Director James Moler, Director Barry Oaks, and Associate Michael Park represented the landlord, 201 North Franklin Tampa, LLC.
