Alicia Cervera Lamadrid named managing partner; will run the general real estate efforts throughout the region

The new offices include two in the city of Miami and one addition each in South Beach, Hallandale (Broward County) and West Palm Beach (Palm Beach County). According to the company, the expansion is part of a multimillion dollar investment that strategically broadens its reach and services in the tri-county area, as well as doubles its sales team to more than 250 agents.
To assist with an expanded business focus and its ever increasing South Florida luxury real estate portfolio, Cervera Real Estate has also announced Alicia Cervera Lamadrid will begin serving as the company’s managing partner she will run the general real estate efforts at all Cervera locations. Veronica Cervera Goeseke will continue in her role as chief executive officer and together they will continue their involvement in representing developers. Alicia Cervera Sr. remains as chairman and founder.
