Tampa, FL – April 27, 2015 – (RealEstateRama) — CBRE arranged the purchase of a 30,039-square-foot single tenant property leased to Concorde Career Institute at 4202 and 4210 Spruce Street in Tampa, Florida. RL Concorde LLC acquired the two-building property for $6 million.
“The property’s location in the Westshore business district, Florida’s largest commercial district, and its proximity to major highways, restaurants and hotels make it a very attractive location for Concorde,” said Ray Romano, CBRE First Vice President. ”The new owners have confidence in the Tampa market and saw this as a rare opportunity to purchase a property with a stable and growing long-term tenant on a strategically located real estate corner.”
The campus is well-situated near the International Plaza, Tampa International Airport, I-275, Veterans Expressway and the Howard Frankland Bridge.
CBRE’s Ray Romano represented the buyer while Calkain Companies’ David Sobelman and Teal Henderson represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction.
