Rick, a certified general contractor, joins CBRE with more than 15 years of business growth and development experience in both the field and office; strategically implementing sales and marketing strategies to ensure growth in sales volume and profit margin. Prior to joining the company, Rick spent 9 years owning and managing a successful construction and consulting business, providing a unique and thorough understanding of the construction process, hence adding value for the client. Previously he held the positions of Product Manager and Territory Manager for a large supply construction company.
He graduated from Florida State University with an MBA in Business and has obtained numerous professional designations that include the State of Florida Certified General Contractor, State of Florida Realtors License, State of Florida Public Adjustor, State of Florida Home Inspector and US EPA Lead Safe Certified Firm.
