Company Will Provide TV, Internet and Voice Service to MDU Buildings

Oak Brook, IL – June 23, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — In adramatic expansion outside its established markets in the Midwest, triple-playmedia provider Access Media 3 has merged with Peoples Choice Cable in BocaRaton, Florida. The deal,completed June 14, 2011, nearly doubles AM3’s addressable market, stretchingthe company’s footprint far beyond its existing customer bases in Chicago andMinneapolis/St. Paul. Merging withPeoples Choice brings AM3 approximately 7,000 new subscribers in 180 buildingslocated between Miami and West Palm Beach, Florida.

AM3’s experience in the multi-dwelling unit (MDU) market has alreadymade it a leading provider of high-speed Internet, TV and voice service toapartment and condominium buildings. AM3 is the largest non-franchised triple-play provider in the Midwest,with almost 40,000 subscribers in more than 450 buildings. Access Media 3 has received DIRECTV’sHighest Year-Over-Year Growth Award; this award ranksAccess Media 3 first among all DIRECTV’s MDU partners nationwide for secondquarter annual growth from 2009 through 2010.

AM3 is a certified competitive localexchange carrier (CLEC) licensed by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and the Florida Public ServiceCommission which allows AM3 to provide competitive telephone servicesthroughout the state of Florida and long-distance service globally. AM3 is also certified to provide voiceservices in Illinois and Minnesota.
