TREE TOPS GOLF TO OPEN SECOND STORE TO THE VILLAGES

Tuesday, February 19, 2008 –  THE VILLAGES, Fla. Feb. 19, 2008 – Crossman & Company, the largest third-party retail leasing and property management company in Central Florida, announces the execution of a 1,629 square foot lease for Tree Tops Golf in Spanish Springs Town Center at 1162 Main Street, The Villages, FL 32159. This will be the retailer’s second location in The Villages, in addition to their store at Lake Sumter Landing Town Center. Estimated opening will be April 15, 2008.

Crossman & Company handles the retail leasing for The Villages, FL including three town centers of Lake Sumter Landing, Spanish Springs, Brownwood and the Buffalo Ridge and Bellaire shopping centers.
