Orlando, FL - April 19, 2012 - (RealEstateRama) -- FBC Mortgage, LLC has created a business unit based in Longwood Florida to service the residential mortgage needs for 40 year old National Home Builder Maronda Homes. It is anticipated that the new unit will finance upwards of 1,500 home settlements in the coming year. Mortgage industry veteran Richard Norris was recruited from Maronda to lead this new FBC business unit. “I am very excited about the opportunity to combine FBC’s mortgage expertise with one of the country’s leading affordable home builders,” stated Norris, FBC’s new Builder Division Director.
