Stiles Realty Leases 9,680 SF to Two Fast Growing Central Florida Firms
Deerfield Beach, FL – May 14, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — Stiles Realty President Tom Kates today announced that as two Orlando-based companies expand national sales, they have leased a total of 9,680 square feet of headquarters space at the Class A Baldwin Park II office building within the mixed-use Baldwin Park Village Center area.
Online home furnishings and design company Altogether Home leased 4,890 square feet at the Baldwin Park I and II office complex. Allied Specialty Vehicles, an approximately $1 billion revenue privately held company, leased 4,790 square feet and will relocate its headquarters from Winter Park in late June. Stiles Director of Leasing Jill Gull represented building owner American General Life and Accident Insurance Company in the recent transactions.

Stiles is responsible for leasing and property management for the Baldwin Park I and II buildings, which total 66,086 square feet. Located just three miles from Downtown Orlando, the buildings are home to numerous professional firms. With the 27,687-square-foot relocation of architecture, engineering and planning firm Rogers Lovelock and Fritz earlier this year, Baldwin Park I is more than 90 percent leased, and the two buildings combined are 80 percent leased. Only three office suites remain available at Baldwin Park I and II, ranging from 2,919 to 5,869 square feet.
Gull noted that for both Altogether Home and Allied Specialty Vehicles, being in easy walking distance of Baldwin Park Village Center’s restaurants, shops and other amenities was a key factor.
