Dallas, TX – February 13, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — Bright and Co. Marketing (BCM) was the darling of the International Builders Show, held this week in Orlando, Florida, which opened with the National Association of Home Builders’ (NAHB) annual gala and awards show that recognizes the country’s best efforts in new home sales and community marketing. BCM won national gold awards in four categories for projects executed on behalf of client Castle Hills, a master-planned community in Lewisville, Texas, including Best Website, Best Special Promotion and Best Social Marketing Campaign. The evening gala ended with the announcement of the most prestigious award – Community of the Year – with BCM taking the stage again on behalf of winner Castle Hills.

Bright and Co. Marketing is a full-service Dallas-based firm working with developers, brokers and home builders. BCM specializes in the highly competitive real estate industry.

“We are honored to be recognized for our creative and unique marketing efforts,” said Tracy Lucas, BCM vice president. “We take pride in our results-oriented, multi-faceted campaigns and are pleased to add these awards to our growing list of existing accomplishments.”

BCM won two national gold awards for its one-of-a-kind “Cooper & the Castle Hills Gang” branded entertainment feature. “Cooper & the Castle Hills Gang,” a 51-minute, family-friendly feature film, was recognized with awards for Best Special Promotion and Best Social Marketing Program. The NAHB recognized the movie, which was available online after its premiere at the Dallas International Film Festival, as one that incorporated film-making and social marketing to tell a real estate story in a completely new, engaging and relevant way. BCM also won for Best Website for its client Castle Hills.

The evening ceremony culminated with the final and prestigious Community of the Year award which also went to Castle Hills. The community is regarded highly for its outstanding amenities and small town feel. Residents enjoy parks within walking distance of every home, sports fields, fishing ponds, hike-and-bike trails and community swimming and splash pools. The Castle Hills Village Shops and Plaza offers residents a location to enjoy restaurants and retail within the community as well as a site for neighbors to gather at developer-sponsored community events like free outdoor movie nights and holiday festivals.

The International Builders Show is the biggest residential construction gathering in the world, attracting 65,000 participants engaged in new home, residential, multi-family, development and construction industries.
