Lane closures on Channelside Drive, Morgan Street for Infrastructure Improvements to Support Area Development

WASHINGTON, D.C. — (RealEstateRama) — This is a revision to the Traffic Advisory sent out on August 16, 2016.

Lane closures on Morgan Street between Brorein Street and Old Water Street begin on Monday, August 29, 2016 for infrastructure and roadway improvements to support Tampa’s growing downtown and redevelopment. Morgan Street will fully reopen in November 2016, weather permitting.

The northern lane of Channelside Drive is scheduled to close in fall 2016 and reopen in the summer of 2017.
