Mayor Buckhorn to Cut Ribbon at Warehouse Lofts in Seminole Heights; Community Invited to Open House

WASHINGTON, D.C. – (RealEstateRama) — Mayor Buckhorn will join Wesley Burdette, owner and developer of The Warehouse Lofts, and the community to cut the ribbon on the 54-unit loft-style apartment building.

The updated and restored building, built around an original warehouse structure, is comprised of 44 lofts, 6 studios and 6 two-bedroom apartments, and includes a Zen garden, club room, and 4,000 square foot roof-top terrace to provide true-to-form urban living in the heart of Seminole Heights. Once fully leased up, The Warehouse Lofts will house 75 – 100 new residents in loft-style apartments that range from 500 to 1,110 square feet. This is the first major new development in Seminole Heights in recent memory and is significant to the areas revitalization and growth.
