Homestead Shopping Center Trades For $2 Million
Miami, FL – August 25, 2015 – (RealEstateRama) — Kristopher G. Wagner, P.A., Director, Commercial Sales with The Keyes Company-Commercial Real Estate Division, negotiated the sale of a retail center located at 26610 S. Dixie Highway in Homestead, Florida.
Ramcio Property Shopping Center, a 23,500-square-foot property situated on 2.67 acres, sold for $2,000,000.
A tenant within the shopping center that was looking to expand its footprint at the center, purchased the plaza from Ramcio Property. Wagner was the only broker involved in the transaction.
The deal closed Friday, August 14.
“There was a robust level of interest in the property due largely to the value-add opportunity to reposition the asset,” commented Wagner. “The ability to purchase the property below replacement cost presented a significant upside opportunity for the buyer.”
