CBRE arranged the sale of Bird 107 Plaza, a 40,101-square-foot, multi-tenant retail center located at 10591-10695 SW 40th Street (Bird Road) in unincorporated Miami-Dade County, Florida. Equity One Acquisition Corp. purchased the property from Bird 107 Partners, Ltd., LLLP which hired CBRE to market the asset for sale and negotiate the transaction. The purchase price was not disclosed

Miami Single-Family Home Sales Jump Ten Percent in July 2015 Condominium Transactions

The Miami real estate market continued its historic summer by registering its second-highest single-family home sales month in history in July, according to a new report by the 38,000-member MIAMI Association of REALTORS® (MIAMI) and Multiple Listing Service (MLS) system. CBRE’s Mike Silver arranged the lease on behalf of the tenant.

Palm Beach County: Home Sales Dropped to 38 Median Days on Market

Year-over-year market statistics for July 2015 reported accelerated demand for single family homes in Palm Beach County. Closed sales rose 19.5 percent from 1,515 to 1,810 transactions, and median sale price rose 3.3 percent from $280,000 to $289,250. Meanwhile, median days on market dropped a significant 30.9 percent from 55 to 38 days. As for inventory levels, they continued to decline, down 6.7 percent from 7,246 to 6,761 active listings and down 21.6 percent from 5.7 to 4.5 months’ supply.

Martin County Home Sales Continued to Outpace Last Year’s Sales Figures

“Martin County Single Family Home sales continued to outpace last year’s sales figures. The number of Closed Sales were up 13.7%, Supply went down 31.2%, and the Average Sale Price rose 11.7%. The sustained high demand for homes and the diminished supply continued to push prices up to where the Median Sale Price now comfortably sits at $306,500. Buyers must be aware that we are firmly in a Seller’s market with 4.5 months’ supply of inventory. Realtors®’ services, now more than ever, are in demand to find folks homes on the Treasure Coast.

Closed sales of existing single-family homes statewide totaled 26,916 last month, up 21.8 percent over July 2014
