Miami, FL – July 6, 2015 – (RealEstateRama) — Moishe Mana acquired a strategic parcel bordering his existing Wynwood assemblage.
Wynwood Gardens, a 50-unit property at 2000 NW 5th Place and an 115,000-square-foot lot, which carves a gateway access from Mana’s Wynwood assemblage to 20th street and the Hospital District.
Alfredo Riascos of Metro 1 Commercial represented Sellers Avra Jain and Joe Del Vecchio of Wynwood Gardens LLC.
Mika Mattingly of Sterling Commercial represented the buyer, Moishe Mana, of Jersey Art Holdings.
The deal was not listed on the market. It was under contract within ten days, with a cash closing 3 days later for the purchase price of $9,950,000.
“All parties agreed Mana was the most logical and best buyer for this asset. It creates a gateway for his Wynwood Assemblage,” stated Mattingly.
