C&W Brokers Two New Leases in the Four Seasons Tower

-

MIAMI, FLORIDA – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that Director Gordon Messinger has brokered two new office leases in the Four Seasons Tower located at 1441 Brickell Avenue in Miami, Florida.

Messinger, representing building owner Millennium Partners, secured an 8,600-square-foot lease with IMS Internet Media Services (IMS) and a 5,574-square-foot lease with Big Sur Partners. Both firms are relocating from within the Brickell submarket and have committed to long-term deals with expected fourth quarter 2015 move-in dates.

Stone Miller’s Gonzalo Rioja represented Big Sur, a Miami-based wealth management firm which has been providing customized financial planning services to high net worth individuals and families since 2007. With the move to Four Seasons Tower, Big Sur expects to hire 12 to 14 new employees by 2017.

Avison Young’s Keith Edelman and Scott Goldstein represented IMS, a leading digital marketing and communications company, which partners with fast-moving businesses seeking to expand into and within Latin America. IMS’s purposeful move to a larger space provides the firm with the option to expand when appropriate.

Miami’s CBD began 2015 with robust energy in the class A leasing space, making it a prime location for new-to-market and relocating tenants, according to Cushman and Wakefield’s Q1 MarketBeat. Messinger believes the Four Seasons’ location and amenity package have been major drivers for prospective tenants.

“IMS and Big Sur both valued the world class amenities of the building and the prestige that comes with being in the Four Seasons Tower,” said Messinger. “So much so that they’re doubling the space they occupy in a building which continues to diversify its tenant roster.”

Four Seasons Tower is a 70-story, 1.5 million square-foot, mixed-use tower. The building features 250,000 square feet of Class A office space, 222 hotel rooms, 84 condo hotel units, 186 residential units, and 14,000 square feet of banquet space. It also houses Equinox, a state-of-the-art 50,000-square-foot fitness center, the Edge Steak and Bar, and the 7 Pecados coffee shop.

The Four Seasons Tower is situated at the epicenter of one of the most exciting international business districts in the world. Known as the Fifth Avenue of Miami, Brickell Avenue is home to many foreign consulates, is a major banking center, and is one of the city’s most desirable high-end neighborhoods. It offers a diverse and exciting blend of retail, office, hospitality, entertainment, and residential attractions.
