R. Horton, Inc. at the time of sale has been extended. In January, D. R. Horton notified approximately 18,000 homeowners that they had the option to request their mineral rights by submitting forms by Feb. 28. However, only about 25-percent of eligible homeowners have responded, so the deadline has been extended to no later than March 31, 2014
