FORT LAUDERDALE, FL – February 28, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — Stiles Development has added three development managers to its staff, keeping pace with a growing number of projects underway in the Stiles portfolio, as well as consulting for other property owners.

Joining the firm recently as development managers were Jessica Joly, Reed McLane and Evan Rosenblatt. “Our project volume has increased as we’ve diversified and built a strong track record in sectors including food-anchored shopping centers, big-box retail and multifamily rental, as well as third-party consulting,” said Stiles Development President David Siegel. “We’ll look for more good people with well rounded commercial real estate backgrounds in the months ahead.”

Joly most recently worked with Trump International in Sunny Isles, managing major renovations and unit owner relations. She previously was in management with The Atlantic Resort, Fort Lauderdale. Joly currently assists with Stiles Development retail projects. She received a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Business Administration from the University of New Orleans.

McLane joined Stiles Development from Stiles Investment Services, where he served as a real estate analyst evaluating feasibility and profitability of real estate investment opportunities. He joined the Stiles organization in 2004, initially serving as a retail leasing agent for third-party and Stiles-owned shopping centers. His responsibilities include the residential projects for Stiles Development. He earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Florida and a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Real Estate from Florida State University.

Rosenblatt was most recently a preconstruction manager with Stiles Construction, responsible for all aspects of commercial, mixed-use-retail, automotive and public sector projects. He previously worked with a national construction management company. As development manager, he is currently responsible for Stiles commercial projects in Miami, Plantation and Miami Beach. Rosenblatt earned his Master of Business Administration degree in Real Estate from Florida Atlantic University and his Bachelor’s degree in Building Construction from the University of Florida. He holds the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP BD+C) designation from the U.S. Green Building Council.
