CBRE ORLANDO OFFICE PROMOTES TWO PROFESSIONALS

Orlando, FL – September 19, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — Christopher Sproles and James Mitchell recently achieved new titles at CB Richard Ellis (CBRE), reflecting quantifiable performance results within their service specialties. Sproles is a member of the Global Corporate Services team, focused on serving office occupiers and buyers. He has earned the title of Senior Vice President (formerly First Vice President) as a result of sustained high performance measures.

Since joining CBRE in 1994, Chris has been involved in over 600 office building sale and lease transactions totaling over six million square feet. Several of his key multi-year clients have included Orange County, GAI Consulting and Hard Rock.

“Chris has been an important member of the Orlando office group and has also excelled in establishing many, positive, long-term client relationships during his 17-year career with CBRE,” said Orlando Senior Managing Director, Bill Moss.

Mitchell, a member of the Retail Services Group, moved from Vice President to First Vice President within CBRE. Mitchell has been with CBRE for 10 years and specializes in tenant representation of large retail anchors, junior anchors, outparcel and inline users.

“This is a great honor for James and is a testament to his fine efforts on behalf of such clients as SunTrust, Bank of America, McDonalds, Office Depot and Exxon Mobil,” said Moss.

Mitchell received his degree in finance from the University of Florida and his MBA from the University of Central Florida. Sproles holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration for University of Florida, a Master of Science degree in international economics from Florida State University and took part in the Emerging Client Service Leaders Program at University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.
